So if you didn’t know, I am half Polish and love surfing Polish web pages for news from Europe and some gossip stuff :). So I bumped into a news about new Armani’s Idole Perfume campaign featuring another upcoming Polish model - Kasia Smutniak. As proud as I am of her accomplishments, I was more inspired by the shot. Right away I saved it to my Inspirations folder :). And it also sums up the basics of a good shot (at least to my taste):
1. Model is Relaxed
2. She does not necessarily look at the camera (eyes closed)
3. Lips are relaxed and a little open (”breath through your mouth” is something you will hear a lot from photographers)
4. Hands are engaged
5. All the attention is on the model, not her clothes, backgrounds or furniture… I LOVE IT!
