Who is Olga?

I really really wanted you to know me better and I decided to dedicate this part of my blog to that purpose :). I am a European mix of Belarussian and Polish, but you probably know that already if you heard my accent when speaking on the phone or from all the grammar mistakes on my blog ;)...  I am a wife to a big and strong Hawaiian man and a mama to a sweet 3 year old diva named Yana. I love music, dance, rhythm, art and everything in between... I love Converse, dogs, gummy worms, my favorite season is fall, my favorite food is sushi and Mocha coffee yogurt from Trader Joe's, I am responsible person, I'd rather listen than talk, just as I'd rather take pictures than have mine taken ;), my all time favorite TV shows are Friends and Sex and the City: they both reflect two different sides of my personality: dorky me when I am around my best friends and my feminine side when I am well... me. I love MAC cosmetics, alba hawaiian line of skin care, I know love is powerful, my favorite flowers are lilac, tulips and lilly of the valley, I like to be inspired, I like a challenge, I like digital, don't like paperwork ;), I like accessories but can't wear them, my favorite phrase is "Make it work", my favorite color is purple, my hair is naturally curly, my favorite perfume is Butterfly by Hanae Mori, I used to play accordion when I was a kid, I have a poet in me, I love Hawaii, I miss Europe, I prefer tea to coffee, I'd dry up without my family, best friends or photography...

There is much more, but this blog isn't about me...

Love to all,

Olga

A Breath of Fresh Air | Las Vegas Boudoir

This time I wanted to share one of my very absolutely most favorite shoot from 2011! Ms H. shot with me before and was accountable for one of my favorite shots ever (the pool shot you may see on my main web gallery). When she mentioned she wants to do another shoot, I was above excited! Although we didn’t plan the outfits, or location, the unplanned factor played a huge role in unpredictability of the shoot and its outcome! I texted her her clothing options the morning of the session (she brought some amazing outfits and shoe options!) and we drove together with no end point in mind to find the perfect spot.

The text that I got from her after she saw the images was my best reward for doing what I do: “OMG It’s gorgeous! It’s beautiful thank you so much I cried because you made me feel beautiful inside and outside that remind me that I accepted me of who I am the way I am thank you so much for everything it means a lot to me :) ” just a note, Ms H. is hard of hearing. And I believe this only adds to her abilities to express herself when being in front of camera… I love you Ms H.! And I hope we’ll do tons more shoots again!
